Rice paper is the best of all materials for beginners because it is translucent, elastic and very soft to the touch. Rice paper is thin and very durable and flexible and can be easily applied to any surface of the object without visible wrinkles. Just a little glue for decoupage and the paper holds the surface beautifully. Fibres are visible on some rice papers, which do not interfere with gluing, on the contrary, the glass looks very original. Perfect for decoupage.
